T’ai Chi for Free at the Fumo Family Library

Based on Chinese soft-style martial arts, modern T’ai Chi is best known as a gentle slow-motion exercise that improves balance, leg strength, relaxation, deep breathing, calmness, focus and alertness. We are turning the City of Brotherly Love into the City of Brotherly Hugs. #NP_PHL is all about getting AND staying fit for $0! We meet every Wednesday and Friday morning at 6:25AM for a sub 60 min workout filled with all the sweat and hugs you can handle. All fitness levels welcome and encouraged to #justshowup.

Mindfulness Meditation and Chair Yoga

Ground your mind and body with Mindfulness Meditation and Chair Yoga. Spend a peaceful half-hour with a guided meditation.

Chair yoga is a twist on traditional yoga, making it accessible for any age and ability.

There are two 30 minute classes: the first class begins at 12:30 and the second class begins at 1:00

City Fit Girls Group Run @ Dilworth Park
