Sunday Sweat happens every Sunday, 2pm at Requisite Fitness. This class focuses on conditioning and is open to all athletic levels. We use bodyweight, dumbbells, and/or kettle balls to provide a great, safe workout for all participants. Join anytime for only $10.

Ground your mind and body with Mindfulness Meditation and Chair Yoga. Spend a peaceful half-hour with a guided meditation.
Chair yoga is a twist on traditional yoga, making it accessible for any age and ability.
There are two 30 minute classes: the first class begins at 12:30 and the second class begins at 1:00

T’ai Chi for Free at the Fumo Family Library
