The Arthritis Foundation Walk With Ease Program is a exercise program that can reduce
pain and improve overall health. If you can be on your feet for 10 minutes without increased pain,
you can have success with Walk With Ease.

Classes are one-hour each. Three times
per week for six weeks.

Boot Camp at the Please Touch Museum is Back!

The Summer schedule is:
Tuesday: 6:30 pm, Please Touch Museum
Thursday: 6:30 pm, Please Touch Museum
Saturday: 7:30 am, Rose Playground (1300 N. 75th Street)
Bring: water/recovery drink, yoga mat, workout gloves, and a friend
ALL sizes, shapes and fitness levels are welcome, included and accommodated. Modifications are ready for those who need them and progressions are available for those able to handle them. We work together and have fun.
Outside venue, weather permitting
This event location specifically practices low impact and gentle yoga.
City Fit Girls is an all-levels running and fitness community for women. We meet every Wednesday at 6:30PM at Dilworth Park for a 3-5 mile run. All paces are welcome. You can learn more about group runs at cityfitgirls.com.
