The PHL tribe was started in late fall 2013 and is lead by John and Beth. We are turning the City of Brotherly Love into the City of Brotherly Hugs. #NP_PHL is all about getting AND staying fit for $0! We meet every Wednesday and Friday morning at 6:25AM for a sub 60 min workout filled with all the sweat and hugs you can handle. All fitness levels welcome and encouraged to #justshowup.

Bands & Body Weight Boot Camp @ Rose Playground

The Summer schedule is:
Tuesday: 6:30 pm, Please Touch Museum
Thursday: 6:30 pm, Please Touch Museum
Saturday: 7:30 am, Rose Playground (1300 N. 75th Street)

Bring: water/recovery drink, yoga mat, workout gloves, and a friend

ALL sizes, shapes and fitness levels are welcome, included and accommodated. Modifications are ready for those who need them and progressions are available for those able to handle them. We work together and have fun.

We Walk PHL — FDR Park @ FDR Park

In its pilot year, We Walk PHL will consist of walking groups that meet 3-4 times per week at Hunting Park, FDR Park, and in East Fairmount Park.

Indego Ride Series @ Indego Station

Join the Bicycle Coalition and Indego on one of our monthly ride throughout the city. We will be exploring different areas around Philadelphia. All rides will start at Indego Stations & explore the surrounding area.

This will be an easy paced 40 – 60 minute ride with a midway break.

Bring your own bike or reserve an Indego bike in advance.

*You must be 16 yrs or older to ride an Indego bike
