September is Self-Care Awareness Month!
It is time for us to start taking care of ourselves. One way to take care of our mind, body, & soul is through FITNESS!
We often put others needs before our own.
Let’s change that by taking a walk around a park with We Walk PHL, running in the city, yoga at Murrell Dobbins High School, or even attending a FREE group fitness workout at Dilworth Park.
Remember, self-care has no boundaries! Fitness has no boundaries.
Anyone and everyone is ALLOWED to take care of themselves. Even if you have a lot to do throughout the day, you can still take some time out of your day to workout your body.
