T’ai Chi for Free at the Fumo Family Library

Based on Chinese soft-style martial arts, modern T’ai Chi is best known as a gentle slow-motion exercise that improves balance, leg strength, relaxation, deep breathing, calmness, focus and alertness. Join Ms. Tuesday for a half hour to hour of fun exercise.  Some activities will be Yoga, Zumba, Jump Rope, etc.

While you enjoy your time with Ms.Tuesday during Physical Activity Friday your kids can enjoy kids yoga at the same time.

Free to Register – $5 Upon Arrival

Join us every Wednesday at 6:30 PM for a dance fitness workout, in West Philly. We’re a group of men and women who like new friends and new results. Bring a water bottle and a friend. Bonus: We’re kid friendly.

Only $5 per class which includes pre-workout beverage and post workout smoothie.
