Mindfulness Meditation and Chair Yoga

Ground your mind and body with Mindfulness Meditation and Chair Yoga. Spend a peaceful half-hour with a guided meditation.

Chair yoga is a twist on traditional yoga, making it accessible for any age and ability.

There are two 30 minute classes: the first class begins at 12:30 and the second class begins at 1:00

Join Roots2Rise for our third season with Parks on Tap 2019 Summer Tour.  EVERY THURSDAY from 6-7pm “Tap Into Your Center” with a free hour-long yoga class with $10 suggested donations to support our cause. AND donations also get a free voucher for a post-practice bevvie in the beer garden. Come do yoga with us OUTSIDE – did we mention you get a FREE DRINK with your donation to us.

Parks on Tap is Philadelphia’s first and only traveling beer garden! Each week, enjoy the city’s beautiful parks, practice yoga with us and spend time with your community!

Join Ms. Tuesday for a half hour to hour of fun exercise.  Some activities will be Yoga, Zumba, Jump Rope, etc.

While you enjoy your time with Ms.Tuesday during Physical Activity Friday your kids can enjoy kids yoga at the same time.
